Lifetime Guarantee for Sofa Beds (Frame & Mechanism)

We offer a lifetime guarantee on our bed and sofa bed frames and mechanisms from the date of delivery. If anything goes wrong despite normal use, email us with a description and photos and we’ll arrange a repair or exchange. Upholstery, mattresses and electrical components are covered for 5 years.

Conditions

• Proof of purchase is the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Normal wear and tear, including staining, excessive soiling, abrasion, tears and burns, is excluded.

• Cracking of wood due to changes in room humidity or heat is excluded.

• This guarantee is non-transferable.

• To fulfil our obligations under this guarantee, we reserve the right to choose the most cost-effective solution. This may involve repairing the issue, replacing the unsatisfactory component, or partially refunding the original purchase price.

• In the event of an exchange or full refund, faulty goods will be returned to our ownership.

• Claims under this guarantee are limited to the original purchase price of the unsatisfactory merchandise.

• This warranty excludes non-domestic use and goods taken outside the UK or European Union service area.

• For non-domestic use, the guarantee is limited to 5 years.

• This guarantee is not valid if the product has been adapted, abused or altered.

Our conditions above do not affect your statutory consumer rights under the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumer's Regulations 2002.
