STANDARD SPRING MATTRESS (14 or 18 cm)
The structure consists of springs, made out of tempered steel wire called "Bonnel", linked by a spiral steel to allow the folding of the mattress (SOFT).
Springing in tempered steel diam. 2.2mm.; one sheet on each side in expanded polyurethane density 27 kg/m3; upholstery in ecru 100% CO fabric quilted with 200 g/m2 resin; tape; band in ecru 100% CO fabric quilted with foam mm. 5.
The mattress is manufactured according to the “BS 7177 : 1996 Specification for Resistance to ignition of Mattresses, Divans and Bed Bases” regulation.
STANDARD FOAM MATTRESS (12 or 16 cm)
Mattress made of high-performance polyurethane foam this is our alternative mattress for the customers that do not like to sleep on spring mattress (SOFT).
CMHR 35 kg/m3 density expanded polyurethane covered with 100% fire-retardant cotton fabric, quilted on both sides with 400 g/m² 100% polyester wadding and non-woven.
REFLEX PF45 BS FOAM MATTRESS (12 or 16 cm)
Mattress made of high-performance polyurethane foam this is a mattress upgrade for the customers that do not like to sleep on spring mattress (SMEDIUM - SOFT).
PFFR expanded polyurethane 45 kg/m3; covering in 100% CO ecru fireproof fabric, quilted with 200 g/m2 resin fiber and fireproof barrier TNT; fireproof webbing; band in 100% CO fire-retardant ecru fabric. The mattress is manufactured according to the “BS 7177 : 2011 Specification for Resistance to ignition of Mattresses, Divans and Bed Bases” – “Medium Hazard” (Crib 5) standard.
POCKET SPRING MATTRESS (14 cm)
The structure is made up of independent pocket springs; Their diameter is less than the Bonnel, but the number of springs contained is more than double in that of the standard spring mattress (MEDIUM).
SPRING: bagged h. cm. 10 in steel wire diameter mm. 1.8; perimeter buffers in CM27 Kg/m3 foam. COVER: 100% ecru cotton fabric quilted with CM27 Kg/m3 h 8 mm foam. + 100% PL resin 200 g/m2. BAND: 100% pure ecru cotton fabric quilted with mm. 5.
MEMOCOMFORT (14 and 18 cm)
The special low resilience foam with "memory" effect, used on top, wraps around the body and takes its shape; it is therefore reversible, allowing you to sleep on both sides. This mattress showed no problem. (MEDIUM).
UPPER PART: Viscoelastic foam. LOWER PART: HR polyurethane 30 kg/m3.
LINING: upper: sponge 80% CO – 20% PL; lower: 100% CO (British Standard version lower lining in TNT).
POCKET MEMO MATTRESS (18 cm)
The structure is made with independent pocket springs, each positioned in a bag of non-allergenic material, allowing for differentiated compression according to the weight of the body. The padding is made of viscoelastic foam on both sides with a "memory effect", which conforms to the shape of the body without any compression (MEDIUM).
SPRING: pocketed in Ø 1.8 mm steel wire; perimeter buffers in CM 27 Kg/m3 expanded polyurethane. Fireproof memory foam padding on both sides.
COVERING: Covering: 80% CO – 20% PL fire retardant sponge fabric, quilted on both sides with 100% PL 200 g/m2 fire retardant resin fiber and barrier TNT.
BAND: 100% ecru cotton fireproof fabric quilted with mm. 5 and TNT. Fireproof webbing.
The mattress is manufactured according to the “BS 7177 : 2011 Specification for Resistance to ignition of Mattresses, Divans and Bed Bases” – “Low Hazard” regulation.
WOODEN SLATTED BED BASE
Our standard sofa bed can be ordered with a wooden slatted bed base if somebody want that little extra luxury.
