Our 14-day refund policy is applicable solely to online sofa,sofa bed and storage bed orders for customers that have not been able to visit our showroom, to qualify your sofa or bed must be made in a previously ordered fabric or leather sample, this offer is only valid for orders delivered within the United Kingdom and the European Union.
If that's the situation and you comply with the above conditions, we will collect your order, to partially offset the expenses, there will be a £158 collection fee and the delivery and installation charges are non-refundable.
