Our 14-day refund policy is applicable solely to online sofa and sofa bed orders for customers that have not been able to visit our showroom, to qualify your sofa or sofa bed must be made in a previously ordered fabric or leather sample, this offer is only valid for orders delivered within the United Kingdom and the European Union.
